We aim to print, pack and despatch your order within 24 hours. Most orders are despatched the same day. You choose which delivery option you require at the check-out.
Example: 24 hours + Standard delivery (3-4 working days) = expect your parcel 4-5
working days from the day you place your order.
Please note: On Express orders and orders over £50 a signature will be required upon delivery. We therefore recommend you have the parcel delivered to a work address or where someone will be available to sign from 9am to 5:30pm . Deliveries are made any time during the day up to 5.30pm.
If you have received a card from one of our carriers (because you were not at home to accept delivery) please contact them as soon as possible to arrange redelivery or pick-up from the depot to avoid the parcel being returned to us unnecessarily.
Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us and we will replace or refund.
