Personalised Banners

What are the banners made of? We print onto 420 gs/m PVC material using colourfast inks.

Are the Banners waterproof? Yes, our banners are fully waterproof and can be used both at indoor and outdoor events, making them a versatile and affordable choice for parties and promotions.

How do I hang the banner? Our Giant and Super Giant size banners are supplied with brass grommets at the corners and edges creating a an easy and durable way for you to hang up your banner. Alternatively the banners are light enough to be taped up.

What sizes do the banners come in? You can currently choose from 3 sizes to suit your event and venue: Super Giant - 300 x 91 cm | Giant - 200 x 61cm | Door Topper - 91 x 30cm.

Personalised Sashes

What are the Sashes made of? We produce our sashes on double faced Polyester Satin Ribbon.

How long and wide are the Sashes? Each personalised sash measure 1.8m long and 72mm wide. Your message is printed to make maximum use of this space.

How are the Sashes fastened? We provide a pin-on button badge with each sash allowing you secure the ends yourself, creating the perfect fit for the wearer.

Can I have my Logo printed onto a sash? We only print in single colour on our personalised sashes, however if you can provide a single colour version of your logo we are able to provide this bespoke sash service with a very reasonable extra design admin charge. Personalised Ribbons

What are the ribbons made of? Our ribbons are made from polyester satin material - fully edged to prevent fraying.

Will the printing on the ribbon come off? No, the printing onto the ribbon is designed to be permanent - heat bonded to the material itself. This allows you to tie intricate bows and manipulate the materials without any worry of losing your message.

How wide are the ribbons? Currently we offer three widths of ribbon: 7mm | 15mm | 24mm | 72mm. All our printed ribbons are sold by the metre.

How many times will my message repeat on the ribbon and will there be a gap inbetween the message repeats? Yes, there will be a gap in between the messages - the gap size changes in proportion to your ribbon width but will be approx 1-2 inches. The message repeat is dependent on how long your message is, which font you choose and how many metres you buy.

Is there a maximum amount of characters I can have on my ribbon text? Yes, 32 characters is the maximum you can have on your repeating message (this also dependent on the font you choose). You will be prompted if you enter too many letters. TIP: Try changing to different font style to fit more words in.


Personalised Letter Bunting

What are the Letter Bunting Pennants made of? Our Letter Bunting is printed on a top quality, diecut 250gms paper, with pre-drilled holes for ease of hanging up.

Is the Letter Bunting waterproof? No, the paper and inks used are not designed to be used for long periods in wet conditions, however they will withstand a very light shower.

How big are the letter banners? There is no limit to the number of letter pennant you can have in each bunting string as the letters are sold individually. Currently we offer 2 sizes of letter pennant: Large - 30 x 31cm | Medium - 20 21cm

How do I hang up my bunting? All your letter pennants come with pre-drilled holes and enough quality, rat-tail cord to comfortably string and hang the letters as a bunting-style letter banner.

How can I make spaces on the bunting? You create the spaces between your words when you string the letters along the card provided. No need to pay for blank pennants! Arrange the letters in whatever way best suits your venue or event - that's why we call it 'String it Your Way'.

Personalised Life Size Cutouts

What are the cutouts made of? Our cutouts are printed on a 3mm card and supported by an engineered 4mm card stand which folds out to allow your product to be free standing.

Will my Cutout be waterproof? No, the card is not designed to be used in wet conditions.

How big are the cutouts? Currently we offer three sizes of Cutout: Small - 90cm x 50cm | Standard - 1.97m x 80cm | Large - 1.97m x 1.2m

What is the print quality like? The best you will find! We use top of the range printers. However, the final product depends entirely on the quality of the photograph. Remember the original picture will be enlarged to life size potentially showing all the blemishes, blurring and detail not seen in a small picture.

When will I get my cutout? Normal delivery should be within 8-10 working days from the day you place your order.

Can I upload my own pictures to use on the cutout? Our upload page will inform you if your photo is of a good enough quality/big enough size to print. However as a guide, your photo should ideally be at least 1400 x 1400 pixels in physical size or 2MB in file size. Our easy-to-use interface will guide you through the process of uploading your own photo.

Please note that during the order processing and printing procedures, your photo may be seen by a number of Printscape staff members. In uploading your photo to our site you agree to allow your image to be seen within the confines of Printscape HQ. We will not sell or distribute your uploaded image. It will only be used for the purpose of printing your personalised products.

Can I use a scanned photograph? If you use a photograph you have digitally scanned, make sure you use the highest possible resolution. The higher the resolution the better quality your cutout will be. But remember blowing up an ancient old negative to lifesize proportions may look fantastic but it will also highlight all of the scratches and marks that might be on the the negative.

Follow our helpful tips for scanning photos:
  Whether it's a modern photo print or an old fashioned black & white photo, You'll need to scan your photo and convert it into a digital format ready to upload on our site:
  If scanning your photos, your scanner must support enlargements. Please scan your photo in one of the following 4 ways:
  • 200 dpi at desired size (e.g. 6' tall)
  • 400 dpi at 1/2 size
  • 600 dpi at 1/3 size
  • 800 dpi at 1/4 size
Do not scan photo prints created from home photo printer printers, these do not enlarge well due to the quality of printing and may produce fuzzy, low quality results when sized up to cutout size. Please use original prints or professionally developed prints.
Save your photo as either .jpg, .gif or .png file format, WITHOUT compressing the file size.

Bright, clear, focused photos will produce the best results - remember, the better the photo, the better the cutout!

Personalised Stickers

What are the sticker labels made of? Our sticker labels are top quality, bright white based laser labels.

Will my sticker labels be waterproof? No, the inks used are not designed to be used in wet conditions.

How big are the sticker labels? Currently we offer sheets of 16 sticker labels. Each sticker measuring 9.9cm x 3.4cm.

Are the labels easy-peel? No, the labels are designed to stick firmly to other card and paper. The labels will adhere firmly to wood and plastic as well. Used on material as name labels they peel off and restick easily. Use with caution on furniture.

Can I upload my own pictures to use on the sticker labels? Sorry, no. Unlike our personalised banners we do not yet offer photo upload for the Sticker sheets.

I want to make stickers but the design tool looks like I'm making a banner? Don't worry, you haven't gone bonkers! We use the same interface for the creation of stickers and non-photo banners. This allows you to use our full range of unique background designs for creating stickers and lets you enter up to 3 lines of text, the same as you would for a banner. At the final stage you will be asked whether you want to buy sticker sheets (as well as or instead of a banner).

Spelling Mistakes

Spelling mistakes can happen and this is why we prompt you to very carefully check your spelling, your chosen colours for fonts and ribbon background and photo alignments before confirming and purchasing your personalised product. Due to the speed of production, unless you contact us within 30 mins of the completing your order, we are unable to amend the order and it will go into production in the exact way you agreed upon purchase. Therefore if you receive a product with spelling, we regret we are unable to provide a refund, as you are recognized as having confirmed that the text was correct when you agreed to purchase.

If you believe you have received something that you did not order, e.g. a red sash instead of a black one, please contact our customer service team on 0845 5053130 or 01427 676418, who will be able to verify the original files for you.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your banner has not gone into production, we will cancel the order and refund your money. If by the time you contact us, the order has already gone into production, we reserve the right to refund only 50% of the product cost.

We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us, however, if you are not completely contented with either the condition or print quality of one of our personalised products, please contact us at info@printscape.co.uk or call our team on 0845 5053130 or 01427 676418 to discuss the matter. (As stated in the 'Spelling Mistakes' section, we cannot refund for spelling mistakes created by you the customer.)

If we agree a refund, you must return the item in its original condition, including your orginal documentation and specifying your reasons for return and action we have agreed to take. Please note, all returns must be actioned within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are considering ordering a significant quantity of a particular product, please ensure you contact us first to discuss our returns policy on large personalised orders.
