We currently deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland. This includes the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. We are also able to deliver to BFPO addresses and the Channel Islands.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver anywhere overseas, the Irish Republic or to PO Boxes.
Can I have my parcel sent to a different address

Yes, we will deliver to any address that is convenient for you. We'll deliver to places of work, schools, your relatives and friends, hotels and more - but not PO Boxes. If you have chosen an Express delivery option or your order is over £50, we actively encourage you to choose a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the parcel.

However, it's really important that you enter your card billing address instead of the delivery address when you reach the Payment section of the checkout. This ensures the validation checks on your credit/debit card payment do not delay your order being dispatched.

Online with Debit or Credit cards, over the phone or via post with a cheque or money order. For extremely high value orders ( £1000+) we may request you to pay via BACS.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB and Visa affiliated debit cards. We do not accept American Express cards.

When you reach the point of entering your credit card details you will be transferred to their secure pages from our own secure checkout.

If you are unhappy giving your card number over the internet, please continue through the checkout until you see the page requesting your card details, then click the 'cancel' button ( this allows us to still track your order) then telephone and provide a member of our customer service team with your payment details.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order please choose the 'Print Order' option at Checkout and pop into the post with a personal cheque or money order in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order. We can only accept orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

Printscape does not hold or collect credit card details. If any payment details of this type are used to fulfil a manual or telephone order they are used once to facilitate payment and then securely destroyed.

Worldpay ensures safe and secure payment by using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled link.

Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited.

When will your order arrive?

If you are waiting for an order to arrive, the first thing you should do is check your email to verify that you have received two emails: one from Printscape confirming the order and one from Worldpay confirming payment.

If you have these emails and have allowed an appropriate amount of time based on the delivery option you chose, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and City-Link Couriers to ensure best value and aim to deliver your goods by the most appropriate method to suit your needs. All delivery times are based on their estimates and actual delivery could vary. City-Link and Royal Mail Special Delivery parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

If you have received a card from an attempted delivery, you should contact the number on the card as soon as possible and arrange re-delivery with the carrier company concerned. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate. All deliveries are made on normal working days (Mon-Fri).

Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us and we will replace or refund.
I was out when delivery was attempted, what next

If you have received a card from an attempted delivery, you should contact the number on the card as soon as possible and arrange re-delivery with the carrier company concerned. Please be aware that City-Link couriers will only attempt 2 deliveries - an extra charge will be levied for a third attempt.

We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate. All deliveries are made on normal working days (Mon-Fri).
What to do if your order is wrong or incomplete

The first thing to check is your order transaction emails and despatch note (attached to the outside of your parcel). This will advise you of everything that should be included in your order. It will also say how many boxes your order was due to arrive in if it was a multiple dispatch (1 of 2 etc.)

If you do not have all of your boxes, it is possible the courier company will deliver them the next day, please contact our Customer Service team for more tracking information on 01483 486000.

If the missing products are listed on your order emails and dispatch note, but not in the box, or if you have received the wrong product please call our Customer Service team for assistance on 01483 486000.
Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us, however, if for any reason you are not completely contented with one of our products please send it back, in its original condition, including your orginal documentation and specifying your reasons for return and action you wish us to take, and we will issue you a full refund for the item, no questions asked.

Please note, all returns must be actioned within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are ordering a significant quantity of a particular product, please ensure you contact us first to discuss our returns policy on large orders.

Don't forget to include the original delivery slip if you still have it and make a note of the reason for return on it. Please note that refunds to a credit/debit card (via Worldpay) may take up to 10 working days.
